I am a mother, daughter, tutu <favorite role>, wife, and sister. I earn my living as a criminal justice professor, and I build my life around loving cherished family and friends. I am a traveler. I am a reader. I am a teacher. I am a lover of <almost> all God’s creatures, especially dogs, cats, and birds. <cockroaches, mosquitos, and ticks don’t make the cut> The best days of my life are those spent with my people…especially if we are on a beach, under the stars, or enjoying a little adventure.
